g. We cannot, at any time, guarantee that the Portal and/ or files and/ or data downloaded and / or extracted from the Portal and / or any communications sent by us to you will be free from viruses and/ or free from hacking attacks, security interference, and/ or other harmful components.

i. b. You acknowledge our right to pursue you legally and / or take any legal action to confront you and/ or terminate your account on the Portal immediately, including claiming for compensation, in the following cases:
– In case you breach any of the Terms and Conditions and/ or privacy policy mentioned here.
– In the event that you misuse your account in a way that damages the Portal and/ or the public order.
– In the event that you violate any of the Terms and Conditions governing your relationship with the Portal’s content, whether as a visitor or as a user.
– In case you hacked the Portal and/ or tried to do so.

b. In the event that any court and/ or any competent authority decides to invalidate any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and/ or its lack of enforceability, this invalidity and nullity does not include the other terms and/ or provisions herein and all provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in effect.
c. We are free to refer our rights, obligations and/ or any part of the Terms and conditions to any third party without notifying you. However, you cannot transfer and/ or transfer your rights and/ or your responsibilities under the Terms and Conditions and/ or any of them under to any third party.
d. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and/ or any of them at any time, and these amendments will be effective from the date of their publication. If you continue to use the Portal after the effective date of these amendments, you agree to the amended terms and conditions and you are bound by them.

h. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of the applicable Palestinian law, except for the rules for conflict of laws contained therein. If a dispute arises between us, only the Ramallah courts will be competent to resolve that dispute.

The Terms and Conditions mentioned above are considered as the full terms and conditions between you and us, and we reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and these amendments will be in effect upon notification of them (or as stipulated in the notice), which we may provide by any means we see appropriate, either by posting these amendments on the Portal or by sending an email to you (in case you provided your email address to us for the purposes of registering and attending the courses via the Portal), or in any other way that we specify by our individual will, and you acknowledge that your continued use of the Portal after the amendments constitute a consent to all of these terms and conditions amended. We reserve the right to amend the Portal and all of its contents at any time, including the removal, modification, identify, and stop any feature on the Portal, and is considered your continued use of the Portal you consent to these amendments.
j. You acknowledge and agree that these waivers and limitations of liability set forth herein are necessary and reasonable to provide you with the services.
